After yesterdays disappointment I went to the lake with no expectations as this was primarily for Michelle to practice getting in the harness. As we camme over the brow of the hill we couls see sails scudding across the lake as the Northerly wind was funnelling down the valley.

Rigged a 6.2 for the gusty conditions and went out for a test blast, perfect. Filled the day with flat water freestyle stuff interspersed with a bit of coaching. Body drags are improving and I have started one handed 360s. Also had a few attempts at Push Tacks and vulcans. Eventually the wind dropped and we packed up after an excellent session.
